• Main home — Passive solar, oriented to north, shaded in summer, sunlit in winter

• Barn — Hay storage, machinery, workshop, animal shelter

• Workshop — Power, light, bench space, vehicle access

• Studio — Quiet, separate, north light

• Animal shelters — Chickens, goats, sheep, cattle — designed for easy cleaning

• Second dwelling — Guest, farmhand, or future rental

 

How I design — the honest version

Step 1: From the masterplan

Your home goes where the sun and access say it goes. Not where a real estate agent would put it.

Step 2: I draw it

Floor plan, sections, elevations. Simple. Clear. Buildable.

Step 3: You live in it on paper

We walk through every room. Every door swing. Every power point. You feel it before it's built.

Step 4: One round of changes included

No billing by the hour for second thoughts. One revision round is free.

 

What architecture costs

Included in your strategy cap. Design is not separate — it's part of the masterplan.

• Small homestead — 40 hour cap or $4k–$6k fixed

• Medium homestead — 80 hour cap or $8k–$12k fixed

• Large custom — 150 hour cap or $15k–$25k fixed

You never pay more than the cap.
