New build: One structure up to 60 square metres
Upgrade: One room or one system (water, power, or waste)
Design cap: 40 hours or $4k–$6k fixed
Construction: Monthly per progress claim
Typical roll-out: 3 to 12 months
Medium homestead
Best for: Family home with workshop or barn — or full homestead upgrade
New build: Main home 80 to 150 square metres plus detached workshop or barn
Upgrade: Two to three rooms plus solar or water system
Design cap: 80 hours or $8k–$12k fixed
Construction: Monthly per progress claim
Typical roll-out: 2 to 5 years
Large custom
Best for: Complete farmstead, off-grid, multiple dwellings
New build: Main home plus secondary dwelling plus barns and workshops
Upgrade: Full home retrofit plus land infrastructure
Design cap: 150 hours or $15k–$25k fixed
